ENROLLMENT INFORMATION

Douglas Elementary School is currently accepting enrollment applications for Kindergarten, Pre Kindergarten and Preschool.  We welcome the opportunity to show who we are as a school and learning community.  If you are interested in a tour or more information, please call 269-857-2139 to set up an appointment today.  You can also stop in for enrollment forms at our office.

What You Will Need to Enroll:

• Copy of Your Child's Birth Certificate (must be certified with a raised seal)
• Immunization form which includes Dates of Immunization and Vision Testing (this form must be turned in no later than August 27, 2010)

As a highly qualified family of teachers and specialists we teach using data to differentiate our instruction in order to best meet the needs of each individual child.  The integration of technology, varied assessments, and a rigorous curriculum are the foundation for the high expectations we set for students here at Douglas Elementary.
