SD Foundation Application Packet

Students must submit their typed application and letter of reference to the guidance counselor for verification and approval.  The counselor will then submit the packet to the Foundation for consideration.  Each applicant is required to participate in an interview with the foundation's selection committee comprised of community members and foundation members.  The date of the interviews is included in the packet.
