Staff Differentiation Support
Differentiated instruction is a practical and highly successful strategy for responding to the learning needs of children. By differentiating the curriculum a teacher can make curricular modifications, extend learning opportunities, and adjust assignments to match the learning needs of a diverse population of students. Differentiating instruction involves three steps: assessing the needs of the students, designing activities to address those needs, and assessing the results.
Our differentiation links will provide you with a shortcut to various sites that detail differentiation strategies, management techniques and practical information about assessments, subject matter strategies, interactive sites, center activities etc. that will help staff meet varied student needs.
